BWA’s design of the Vidigal School has been selected for the Brazilian Pavillion at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale. ‘Escola Vidigal’ is a tuition free school of art, design and technology, conceived by the artist Vik Muniz and dedicated to the children living in Rio de Janeiro’s Favela Vidigal.
The project will be on exhibit at the Giardini Gardens in Venice
from May 28 until November 27, 2016.
